ARTE Restaurant is located on the grounds of Pálffy Castle in Svätý Jur. It is a place where history meets the art of fine dining.
The team is led by one of the greatest talents on our culinary scene, Executive Chef Patrik Andrejčák. He enjoys transforming familiar, traditional flavors into unexpected combinations of ingredients and textures to create a unique dining experience.
You can also enjoy a wine pairing with the tasting menu, featuring wines from our own vineyards in Farna and Svätý Jur, or a version with non-alcoholic beverages.

A wonderful gastronomic experience—the flavor combinations were incredible. And I should add that the overall atmosphere and the service provided by the head chef and his team added to the charm, and we felt very comfortable at your restaurant; we even had a good laugh. Thank you again!

We came to this restaurant to celebrate our engagement—which was a surprise for my fiancée—and left with an absolutely unforgettable culinary and personal experience. We enjoyed a 9-course menu, and we’re still speechless. Every single course was incredibly delicious, varied, and meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail.
Great respect and appreciation go to Chef Patrik—even though he couldn’t be there in person that evening, the menu he designed was an absolute masterpiece. What’s more, the entire meal was brilliantly paired with fantastic wine, rum, and whiskey. Every bite and every sip made perfect sense.
But what really took this evening to a whole new level was the staff. From the very first moment until we left, they were 100 percent professional, yet they immediately sensed that we don’t like a stiff, formal, or boring atmosphere. They were perfectly in tune with us—relaxed, friendly, and played an incredible role in making us feel comfortable and at ease.

The massive historic doors of one of the wings of Pálffy Castle swung open. It’s already clear that this won’t be just any ordinary dinner. The entrance halls are filled with art, and the spiral stone staircase symbolically invites you to ascend to a gastronomic experience. Join us on a journey through the fall menu at ARTE Restaurant in Svätý Jur.
The entire process unfolds like a small artistic performance. The dinner consists of 9 courses and begins at 6:00 p.m. You’ll enjoy the first bite along with a welcome drink in the lounge; starting with the second course, the meal is served in the restaurant. We’ll be happy to recommend the perfect alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to pair with each course. After dessert, you can choose from our aperitif menu.
