Patrik Andrejčák is the new chef of ARTE Restaurant. He came to gastronomy through the stage, where he understood during his studies of acting that art can be created on the plate, through the rhythm of the evening, the work with detail and the emotion that remains after the last course.
He gained experience at restaurants in Košice and through tasting dinners at Hotel Lomnica, where he worked for three years. He then moved on to Kaštieľ Pálffy, where he continued his work in fine dining and as head chef.
He views cooking as a form of self-expression—a way to offer guests an authentic culinary signature without resorting to grandiloquence.
