ARTE among the Slovak top: Falstaff and Gault&Millau

This was most recently confirmed by the Falstaff awards, where ARTE was awarded 4 golden forks.
The strong position is also confirmed by the award from the Gault&Millau guide, which awarded ARTE with 3 caps. Gault&Millau is considered one of the best guides in the world to showcase quality restaurants and establishments.
In addition to the awards, this moment is also significant symbolically. During the period under review, Jiří Zajíček was at the helm of the kitchen, leaving a distinctive mark on ARTE. At the same time, this is a natural milestone marking the beginning of a new chapter, as Patrik Andrejčák, the new head chef of ARTE Restaurant, takes over the kitchen.
This change is a big challenge for Patrik. However, he believes that art can also be created on a plate, and emphasizes working with detail and emotion. These too are proof that the awards are in good hands.
We thank both Falstaff and Gault&Millau for their recognition and our guests for their trust. ARTE moves on, with respect for what has been and with a clear direction for what is to come.
