New ARTE chapter

Patrik Andrejčák is the new chef of ARTE Restaurant. He came to gastronomy through the stage, where he understood during his studies of acting that art can be created on the plate, through the rhythm of the evening, the work with detail and the emotion that remains after the last course.

He brought his experience from Košice establishments and from tasting dinners in Hotel Lomnica, where he worked for three years. He then went on to Pálffy Manor, where he took up the discipline of fine dining and kitchen management.
He sees cooking as self-realization- a way to offer guests an authentic signature without big words.
