ARTE Tasting Dinner at Hotel Lomnica

On Saturday, 30th August, we moved with our team from the Pálffy Manor to the heart of the High Tatras to prepare together with Hotel Lomnica an exceptional evening for our guests. Under the guidance of the chef Jiří Zajíček we brought an 8-course tasting menu experience to the iconic Sissi fine dining restaurant.

Each course bore the ARTE signature of surprise, playfulness and attention to detail, which together create a unique dinner story. The atmosphere was enhanced by wine pairings from the winery’s production VIAJURwhich complemented the menu with its elegance and balance.

The tasting dinner was held in an intimate, yet festive atmosphere. Guests arrived successively from 18:00 to 20:00 in 15-minute intervals, so that everyone could enjoy the evening in full concentration and comfort.

ARTE in Hotel Lomnica thus ended the summer in style, combining the refinement of the Tatras, the history of Hotel Lomnica and the creative gastronomy of our team.

For us, it was not only an opportunity to introduce ARTE to a wider audience, but also a pleasure to share our philosophy of gastronomy in an environment that breathes tradition and elegance.
